A Family Business That Stands Behind Every Assembly

We're a family owned shop in Cleveland, Ohio, building custom wire and cable assemblies with care since 1991. UL & CSA certified, and proud of every one.

Who We Are

Added Edge Assembly, Inc. is a family owned custom electrical contract manufacturer in Cleveland, Ohio, and our story started in 1991 in the basement of a family home. That's where President and CEO Kurt Kodrich began building something with a simple belief: that customers deserve high quality custom wire and cable assemblies, honest service, and real value, all from people who actually care about getting it right. More than three decades later, that little basement operation has grown into a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, but the values that built it haven't changed one bit.

Today we manufacture custom electrical and wire assemblies for engineering teams across the country, building each one to exact specifications and backing it with the fast turnaround and exceptional value our customers count on. As a family owned and operated business, we treat every partnership like it matters, because to us, it does. When you work with Added Edge Assembly, you're not just another order in the queue. You're working one-on-one with a team that listens, solves problems alongside your engineers, and stands behind every assembly we send out the door. We'd love to hear what you're building and show you the added edge a true manufacturing partner can bring.

Our Mission

Our mission is simple: To provide high quality custom electrical assembly solutions at an affordable price.

Our Strength

Our greatest strength is our flexibility to respond to our customer needs. From working with top notch global distributors to source specific project components, to easily making revisions or changes to a project.

Our Team

Kurt Kodrich

Kurt founded Added Edge Assembly in 1991 with one idea and a lot of determination. He started the company by hand in his parents' basement and built it into the custom electrical assembly manufacturer it is today. More than three decades later, he still leads with the same belief that started it all. Customers deserve high quality custom wire and cable assemblies, honest service, and real value. For Kurt, this has never been just a business. It's family.

President & CEO

Jackie Kodrich

Jackie has been part of the Added Edge family for nearly a decade, and she's the steady force behind the financial, administrative, and human resources side of the business. From budgeting and planning to taking care of the people who keep the company moving, she makes sure the day-to-day runs smoothly so the rest of the team can focus on the work. Before joining Added Edge, Jackie built a career in account management and client relations, including time as an Executive Account Manager at Paycor, the HR and payroll software company, where she sharpened the people-focused and financial expertise she brings to the business today. Her earlier roles across technology and consulting spanned client relations and program leadership, giving her a well-rounded foundation for the wide range of responsibilities she handles now. Organized, dependable, and genuinely invested in the team, Jackie is a big part of what keeps Added Edge running the way a family business should.

Vice President

Jessica Kodrich

Jess is the newest member of the family to join Added Edge Assembly, and she brings a fast-paced, figure-it-out-as-you-go energy that thrives exactly where the work is messiest. Before stepping into the family business, she spent several years on the leadership team at OnStation, a construction technology company, where she worked at the intersection of marketing, technology, and operations to help grow a product that solved one of the biggest problems in heavy highway construction. Now she's bringing that SaaS mindset to manufacturing, focused on modernizing how the business runs, building structure around revenue, and putting the right systems and processes in place to make everyone's job easier. Jess cares about teams that move fast, communicate clearly, and aren't afraid to ask why something has always been done a certain way. If there's a more efficient way to do it, she's probably already working on it.
